Our role
For flights, hotels and some other services we act as an intermediary between you and the airline, hotel or other supplier. The supplier's own terms, fare rules and cancellation policy apply to your booking, and we show or share them before you pay.
Trains, buses, cabs, visa assistance and insurance are handled as requests. Submitting a request is not a booking: a booking exists only when our desk confirms availability and fare and you complete payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated. Prices shown as indicative or “starting from” are guidance only; the confirmed fare is the one on your payment link or checkout. Fares can change until payment is completed.
Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card details.
Traveller details and documents
You must give names exactly as on the passport or government ID, and hold valid passports, visas and health documents for your trip. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry caused by incorrect details or missing documents.
Changes and cancellations
See our Cancellation & Refund policy. Supplier rules and fees apply in addition to any service fee we charge.
Visa and insurance
Visa decisions are made only by the relevant authority and we cannot guarantee approval. Insurance is issued by licensed insurers under their policy terms.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, our liability for a booking is limited to the amount we received for our own services in that booking. We are not liable for acts or omissions of suppliers, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes or government action.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
