Frequently asked questions
If our price list has a fare for your trip (a fixed route fare, an airport or hourly package, or a per-km rate with a distance) you pay that full fare now. Otherwise you pay a fixed booking deposit and the desk confirms the final fare, then collects the balance or refunds the difference.
One-way is a drop to another city. Round-trip keeps the car with you for the whole trip and is billed on total distance with a daily minimum. A route that is on our price list is priced as two one-way legs.
Tolls, parking and state entry taxes are extra unless your booking confirmation says otherwise. Night charges can apply for pickups late at night.
