Frequently asked questions
No. You pay online and our desk books the ticket on IRCTC for your date and class. If seats are not available, you get a full refund.
Yes — choose the Tatkal quota. Tatkal opens one day before the journey date and sells out fast, so book well before opening time. We cannot guarantee a confirmed berth; if we cannot get one you are refunded in full.
If our price list has a fare for your route and class you pay the full fare now. Otherwise you pay a fixed booking deposit per passenger; the desk books the ticket, then collects the balance or refunds the difference once the real fare is known.
We tell you the waitlist position before ticketing so you can decide whether to wait or switch to another train, bus or flight. You are not charged for a booking we could not make.
After payment our desk books the ticket on IRCTC and shares the PNR on WhatsApp and email, and on your booking page.
Carry a valid government photo ID matching a passenger name on the ticket. The railway rules on accepted IDs apply.
