Who these terms are for
These terms apply to travel agencies approved for our B2B programme ("Agent"). They are in addition to our Terms of Use. Shubh Anand Tours & Travels (GSTIN 09CXDPK9185Q2ZD) operates the programme.
Approval and account
We approve agents at our discretion after checking business details. You are responsible for everything done through your account, for keeping your login safe and for the accuracy of traveller details you enter. We may suspend or revoke B2B access at any time, for example for misuse, unpaid amounts or suspected fraud.
B2B prices and your margin
B2B prices are confidential and for your own customers only - do not publish them as-is or resell them to other agents. You set your own selling price; you are responsible for your own taxes, invoices to your customers and any consumer-law obligations in your country.
Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received by us (online payment, wallet or agreed credit). Prices can change until payment is completed. Chargebacks or reversed payments make the booking liable to cancellation and you remain liable for any amount we have paid to the supplier.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Airline, hotel and other supplier rules apply to every booking. Supplier penalties, fare differences and our per-passenger service fee are charged on any change or cancellation. Refunds are paid to the original payment method or your wallet after the supplier releases them; supplier and bank timelines apply. No-shows are generally non-refundable.
Your customers
You must pass on fare rules, baggage, visa and document requirements to your customers before they pay, and handle their complaints in the first instance. We do not contract directly with your customers unless we agree in writing.
Liability
Our liability for any booking is limited to the service fee we earned on it, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for acts of suppliers or events outside our control.
Termination and law
Either side can end the arrangement by email; bookings already paid stay subject to these terms. Governed by the laws of India; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
