Frequently asked questions
Not on this page. You enter your route, date and bus type and pay online; our desk books the operator and seats and sends you the ticket, timings and boarding point.
If our price list has a fare for your route and bus type you pay the full fare now. Otherwise you pay a fixed booking deposit per passenger, and the desk settles the balance or refunds the difference once the real fare is known.
Where the operator allows seat selection, yes. Mention your preference in the notes and the desk will try to honour it.
You get a full refund of what you paid.
