Who these terms are for
These terms apply to businesses approved to use our partner API ("Partner") and to every API key issued to them.
Keys and security
Keep your API keys secret and call the API only from your own servers. You are responsible for all use of your keys. Revoke a key from your partner dashboard immediately if it may have leaked. We may revoke keys or suspend access for misuse, excessive traffic or non-payment.
Fair use
The default limit is 60 requests per minute per key. Do not scrape, resell raw API data, or use it to build a competing data feed. Cache results only for as long as the fare is valid.
Prices and data
Prices returned are partner prices and are confidential. Fares can change or sell out until a booking is confirmed and paid; a search result is not a guaranteed price. Show customers the fare rules and all charges before they pay.
Fees, payment and refunds
Search access is free for approved partners unless we agree a fee in writing. Bookings you make with us are governed by the Travel Agent (B2B) Terms, including their payment, cancellation and refund policy.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the API will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to fees you paid us for the API in the previous three months.
Changes, termination and law
We may change the API with reasonable notice on the documentation page. Either side may stop using the API at any time. Governed by the laws of India; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
