What we collect
Details you give us: name, mobile number, email, traveller names, dates of birth, passport or ID details where a booking needs them, trip preferences, and messages you send. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and device type for security and analytics.
How we use it
To search, price and make your bookings; to contact you about your trip and requests; to process payments and refunds; to prevent fraud; and to meet legal obligations.
Payments
Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner and are not stored on our servers.
Retention and security
We keep booking records for as long as needed for service, accounting and legal reasons. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal record-keeping duties, by writing to contact@eazymytrip.com.
